Linde Family Wing for Contemporary Art -- Museum of Fine Arts, Boston

During a twenty-five minute live performance at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, I explored my first-generation Ethiopian American body through a migratory narrative. Using installation and a wearable sculpture made of maps and family photographs, I visually re-articulated my family's history and immigration while redefining notions of African-American identity.
